Slaney Bay is a female- fronted, four-piece indie band hailing from South West London; a collective of childhood friends. Soaring guitar and melodic vocals explore the whole alternativ genre. „Talking about you“, beinhaltet vieles was für Indie steht, gitarrenlastiger Sound wechselt sich mit zerbrechlich wirkenden Vocals ab. Gut gelungenes Arrangement, druckvolle Drums mit guten Basslines unterstützen die meist im Vordergrund stehend leicht rockig „daherkommende Gitarre“.
